This one-day, ONSITE pastels workshop is designed for beginners and improvers.
During this workshop you will be shown how to capture the full moon rising over a bank of cloud creating shimmering reflections in the dark water below the cliffs. Using various techniques of pastel application you will discover how to layer the soft pastel to successfully depict the subtle colours of the nightime, with the moonlight glistening on the gently moving waves.Clive will work on his own piece during the session so students can observe the process of development using this versatile and accessible medium, whilst offering abundant guidance along the way.
